Koopa's Revenge Trainer

Your request is my command!
Someone asked for a Koopa's Revenge trainer, so without further ado, it has arrived within 30 minutes.
It features the following hacks:
-99 Coins
-Set Coins
-99 Lives
-Set Lives
-Blue Shell
Note that the Blue Shell hack needs to be pressed before you enter a level. From then on, every time you die, when you appear you will have a blue shell. It does NOT make you invincible, it merely gives you the Blue Shelled Koopa.
Also, I felt that infinite Baby Mario hack was unneeded since you can have infinite lives anyway.
